*Proof of Government Assistance (Medicaid, SNAP, WBT, WIC, VA, SSI, FPHA) must be provided for reduced pricing. Reduced pricing is available if ANYONE in a household receives assistance.

***At time of surgery, ALL FEMALE ANIMALS will have a small, colored line tattooed beside their incision.
